Types of data processed, purposes and legal basis for processing
The data collected in the format is common personal data needed to satisfy your request and respond to it. The legal basis for processing the data is fulfilment of contractual obligations.
Disclosure of data to third parties – Data recipients
The Company may disclose the data processed for the above mentioned purposes to internal and external parties who collaborate to satisfy your request.
Transfer of data to Third Countries
The Controller does not transfer the processed data to Third Countries. However, if the data is transferred to Third Countries, this transfer will take place in compliance with the regulations on transfer of data to Third Countries in force at the time.
Processing methods, data storage period and criteria
The data will be processed in digital format and with electronic means for the period necessary to pursue the purpose(s) indicated above and until they are achieved and will then be erased.
Profiling and automated decision-making processes
Automated decision-making processes (such as profiling) are not used in processing.
Providing of data
It is obligatory to provide the data indicated with an asterisk for execution of the contractual relationship and for legal purposes. The above purposes cannot be pursued if the data is not provided.
Rights of the data subject, withdrawal of consent and lodging a complaint with the Supervisory Authority
The data subject to whom the personal data refers has the right of access to their personal data, at any moment, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to withdraw consent and the right to data portability, in cases where this is applicable, by contacting the Controller as indicated below.
In case of a presumed infringement, if the conditions are satisfied, the data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU Member State of his or her habitual residence or in the EU Member State which is his or her place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
