Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Management team in defining product roadmaps and strategies.
- Establish product specifications based on market needs and technical requirements.
- Work with development, marketing, and sales teams to align market needs with offered solutions.
- Analyze data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Gather market needs and trends to propose innovative and competitive solutions.
- Contribute to managing the product lifecycle, from concept to market launch.
- Prepare product documentation and support materials for the sales team.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to propose growth strategies.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields.
- Preferably, experience in a similar role with a technical background in design.
Soft Skills
- Knowledge and experience in the industrial automation sector (HMI, PLC, SCADA, etc.).
- Willingness to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally.
