Located in Râșnov, Romania, EXOR Electronica S.r.l. is part of Holdex Group and is indirectly controlled by EXOR International S.p.A., the Italian industrial automation technology company based in Verona.

Within this industrial ecosystem, EXOR Electronica represents a strategic manufacturing presence in Romania, supporting the production of electronic boards for EXOR technologies used across machine building, industrial automation and demanding application environments.

Formerly a small SMT company, Exor Electronica has evolved into a dynamic electronics manufacturing site with a skilled team of around 50 people and long-standing expertise in electronics production.

Today, the company focuses on the production of electronic boards, one of the most critical components inside EXOR devices. These boards can be considered the “brain” of many industrial products, enabling performance, connectivity, visualization and control across machine builders, automation systems and production environments.

A growing role in EXOR’s manufacturing ecosystem

Exor Electronica currently supports the Group with high levels of technical know-how, care and production precision in electronic board manufacturing.

Looking ahead, its role is expected to expand towards additional production phases, potentially including the final assembly of selected parts of the EXOR product portfolio.

This evolution reflects EXOR International’s commitment to strengthening its manufacturing capabilities in Europe and increasing control over strategic industrial processes.

The main application area is represented by machine builders, industrial automation systems and indoor production environments, where EXOR devices are integrated into machines, control panels and production lines to enable performance, connectivity, visualization and control.
