Position Purpose
The Area Sales Manager ensures the achievement of commercial, operational, and organizational objectives within a specific geographic area or group of stores/branches, coordinating resources and ensuring the implementation of company strategies.
Responsibilities
- Leading sales and business development in the designated region.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering product presentations.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Collaborating with the technical team to deliver standard solutions and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Customer relationship management, negotiation, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Technical knowledge of HMI, control systems, or industrial IoT.
- Ability to understand customer needs and propose tailored technology solutions.
- Experience developing growth strategies and identifying market opportunities.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Availability to travel to the Northwest Italy region as needed for client meetings and business development.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools to monitor performance and accurately maintain customer information.
- Residence in the relevant area, i.e., Northwest Italy.
Additional skills and knowledge:
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing technology.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.

Work Location: Full Remote
