Position Purpose
The Technical Documentation Engineer, collaborating with the HW Research & Development team, is responsible for preparing the installation manuals for HMI products.
Responsibilities
- 2D technical drawing of electronic and electromechanical parts
- Management of product master data and BOMs of industrial products for automation
- To keep the company database of standard manuals updated and ensure continuous improvement
- Management of assembly and product testing procedures (Production phases)
- Management of installation manuals for industrial automation products
- Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure that the technical documentation is complete and accurate and that the products developed comply with current safety regulations
- Coordination with other R&D functions for the management of product industrialization processes
- Management of improvement actions and production non-conformities
Requirements
- Experience in the technical design office in writing and managing technical documentation
- Diploma or degree in mechanical, electromechanical, electronic technical address
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of the Machinery Directive applied to industrial plants
- Minimum experience of 5 years in the Technical Office departments of mechanical or electronic design
