Position Purpose
The Hardware Development Engineer, working with the HW Research & Development team, is primarily responsible for developing electronic boards for HMI and IoT products, through CAD design and technical documentation analysis.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Design and develop hardware for IoT devices.

Create electrical schematics and PCB layouts using CAD tools (Altium).

Manage component selection and BOM creation.

Develop and test hardware prototypes.

Collaborate with the firmware team for hardware/software integration.

Perform debugging and diagnostics on electronic boards.

Ensure compliance with EMC/EMI, safety, and technical standards.

Support manufacturing in product industrialization (DFM/DFT) and supplier relationships.

Identify new technologies to improve products and reduce costs.
- Travel to the headquarters in San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR) for technical alignment.
Requirements:

Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.

Knowledge of Altium Designer CAD software.

Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Work location: Bari, with availability for travel to the San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR) office.
