Position Purpose:
The Junior Marketing & Communication Specialist will contribute to the operational management of marketing and communication activities. They will work on content, social media, events, webinars, newsletters, corporate materials, and digital projects, collaborating with the Marketing team, internal departments, international branches, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities and Activities:

Managing the social media editorial calendar, from content definition to asset creation and publishing.

Producing and updating web, editorial, and press content.

Managing and updating the Content Hub and Press sections of corporate websites (in three languages).

Supporting SEO activities and content optimization.

Creating and managing newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
-
Supporting the organization of corporate events, company visits, and initiatives aimed at clients and partners.

Providing operational support for webinars, including speaker engagement, material creation, recording, and post-event content.

Supporting the creation and updating of catalogs, brochures, promotional items, and marketing materials.

Collaborating with agencies, graphic designers, print shops, and other external suppliers.

Supporting corporate projects and initiatives focused on social impact and the local community.
Requirements:

Strong copywriting and content management skills.
-
Knowledge of social media management dynamics and editorial planning.

Basic knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and keyword research.

Familiarity with CMS and email marketing platforms.

Basic graphic design and video editing skills; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).

Good command of written and spoken English.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience (even minimal) in B2B, industrial, or technology sectors.
